The Echadero de los Camellos in Parque Nacional de Timanfaya is on the main road from Yaiza LZ-67. Simply turn into the large car park when you arrive where you can see the camels lined up and waiting patiently for their next passengers.
There’s no need to book, just turn up at any time between 09:00 and 16:00 for a camel ride.
Fundacion Cesar Manrique
The Fundacion Cesar Manrique in Tahiche is the famous art gallery of the Island. It is a located in the house designed and lived in by the brilliant artist and architect. Built into the lava field of the nearby volcano and used the air bubbles created in the cooling lava for the various living rooms and workshops. One of the foundation’s main missions is to stop the spread of high-rise concrete across the Spanish coastline and her islands.
The foundation, is a private, non-profit organisation set-up to allow tourists access to Manrique’s home
